What every seat includes
Every seat gets every feature. There is no lighter plan and nothing is unlocked by paying more.
- Every layout type: single-viewport sheets in four placement modes (array, path, alignment and free placement), and multi-viewport plan and profile, plan/plan and plan duplicate sheets, with long and tall profile views split to fit.
- Key maps, match lines, title blocks, north arrows and scale bars, placed on every sheet and kept current when the design changes.
- Your layer standard from one Excel template, and the Health palette to flag drift without blocking anyone.
- PDF detail import, project keyplans and Sheet Set Manager sync.
- Project Control for projects split across disciplines and files.
- The Manager Portal for seats, telemetry and time-recovered reports.
It runs on Windows with Autodesk Civil 3D 2025, 2026 or 2027, in imperial and metric units.
The 30-day trial and the demo
For individuals: download the installer and type your email in the palette; the thirty days begin there. No form, no credit card, and you can move to a team trial later without losing your work.
For teams: request a team trial and seats are provisioned for everyone who drafts, up to 50, running on your own projects and standards with the Manager Portal showing what the tool gives back. No credit card and no contract.
Guided: book a demo, 60 minutes live in Civil 3D. Training during the trial can be arranged on request.
All three start from the start sheet on the homepage.
Seats, renewals and billing
A seat belongs to one named person. A manager assigns seats in the Manager Portal and can move one when someone joins or leaves the team. A subscription runs for a year and renews automatically unless either side gives notice at least 30 days before the term ends; every seat in a company shares one expiry date, and seats added during the year are prorated to it. The full terms are in the end user license agreement.
You can also buy through an authorized reseller.
More than 50 seats
From 51 seats pricing is quoted rather than listed. Email sales@setline.ai with the seat count and we will come back with a figure.
Pricing questions
How much does SheetAgent for Civil 3D cost?
Annual subscription at one flat per-seat rate: $749 per seat per year for 1 to 50 seats. For 51 seats or more, pricing is quoted, so contact sales@setline.ai. There are no tiers to negotiate and every seat includes the full feature set. As an example, a 10-seat firm pays $7,490 per year, a 30-seat firm pays $22,470, and a 50-seat firm pays $37,450.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A 30-day full-feature trial with no credit card and no contract, provisioned with up to 50 seats so a whole team can evaluate it.
Can we get training during the trial?
Yes. Reach out and a session can be arranged. Most teams also find the walkthrough videos enough to get going on their own, so training is there if you want a hand, not a hoop to clear first.
Which versions of Civil 3D are supported?
Civil 3D 2025, 2026, and 2027, in both imperial and metric units.
How do renewals work?
A subscription runs for one year and renews automatically for another year unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before the term ends. Seat expiry is unified across the organization, and seats added during the year are prorated to the renewal date.
Can I move a seat from one person to another?
Yes, but a seat belongs to one named person and cannot be shared or rotated between two people. Moving one is a deliberate step: a manager suspends the current user, which puts the freed seat into a 24-hour cooldown. The replacement can be added straight away and is created in a pending state that activates automatically within the hour after the cooldown ends.
We have more than 50 seats. What then?
Contact sales@setline.ai for enterprise pricing.
Does it send my drawing data to the cloud?
No. SheetAgent for Civil 3D runs locally on the workstation and never transmits drawing files, drawing content, or project data to Setline's servers.
How do I get help?
Email support@setline.ai. Training videos are on the Setline YouTube channel, and you can book a live demo through the website.
